I recently setup my V360 boxes and have been able to Record and watch programs. Over the last couple of days I now only have the option to delete, not watch. I've only used 15% of my storage limit.

Any help would be appreciated.

....the option of deleting is signified by the trash can icon when its highlighted in red.

Surely if you highlight the program in your Saved items (the program and NOT the trash can) and then just press the play icon (don't press OK)  on your remote, it will play?

It looks like there was an issue with my box and the shows didn't record properly due to a power issue. 

Engineer came out today and swapped the box over.

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your TV box and glad to hear that the engineer has resolved your issues, have you had any problems or issues since the visit?
