Maybe somebody could get an engineer to come out to me! I am having problems with my converted 360 downstairs.
It is constantly rebooting, we got so fed up with it last night, we went upstairs to watch some catchup and it lost
connection during playback. Quick run downstairs, and yes you've guested it, it had rebooted again.

Get in touch with Virgin via 150 hopefully the box will be changed like mine was a couple of weeks back. I hope you get sorted.
