Exactly the same, I took them up on a roll over offer where I was a month away from my contract ending and re contracted to the Ultimate Volt bundle and was told the two remotes had been ordered and same here 7 days on and no remotes and the my orders and appointment section says I have no open orders?

I finally got through to an agent last night after well over an hour of waiting.
She understood the problem and tried to order the V6 to 360 upgrade, but was also unable to do it.
To cut a long story short, we have an engineer coming round tomorrow afternoon to bring the remote and possibly swap the box over or perform the software update. Seems like a lot more costly than just posting out the remote.
