V360 starting next episode

I am also having this issue. It is incredibly frustrating when I’m absorbed in a tv show that is just reaching a cliffhanger at the end of an episode when I am forced to look for the remote in a hurry in order to hit back up before the next episode starts playing. I just want to be able to turn the feature off please. Why it activates before the programme actually ends you can then sort out at your leisure.

Thanks for your post, and welcome back to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you're having with this feature of the TV360 service. At present, this cannot be turned off or changed and it may be a case of having to keep the remote close by for some specific recordings/shows.

I've fed this back to our TV Team, but at present, there are no plans to change this.
