I have got M63 error. It says to ring I work for NHS and am on long days so cannot ring. Have had new account and now cannot get apps or record . Why

What do you mean by "had new account"? - Have you accepted an offer, or requested to, convert to TV360 from either TiVo or V6?
Or is this M63 error totally out-of-the-blue with no apparent cause?
