Hi, I was wondering if anyone with the m50 (54mbps) package could tell me what speed they usually get Secondly I was wondering if anyone with the Virgin TV 360 could tell me if it's any good- it's quite a new box and there aren't many reviews on it online. Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

When on the M50 package you should be getting as close to that as possible. You will get a higher speed when connected via wired as opposed to wireless however we can help support with both if you are having an issue.
