Swapping out 360 box to trouble shoot?

V360 box is useless try to avoid using as much a possible. Looses wi-fi and connection constantly, but using smart tv wi-fi or streaming device no problems and no loss of channel.

Sorry to hear you feel this way in regards to the 360 service, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

We can see you have posted on other threads in regards to connection issues regarding your 360 box, can you confirm how the box is connected to your network? Is it wired or wireless? If wireless, do you experience issues with other devices around your home in the same room? 

We have help here for wireless network issues and here for slow speeds in general. We'd recommend following the steps here and running a wired speed test to see what speeds are recieved at the Hub.
