Virgin, these posts go back to 2019 and you just keep saying you will pass on the information.... I'm in the same boat as a lot of people hard of hearing but 20/20 vision surely an option to reduce or enlarge the size should not be that hard an option, and even if the size can't be reduced do we need the black box and does the display have to be almost in the middle of the screen? Please sort, its massively frustrating trying to watch a lot of things when the view is blocked by the giant mid TV text box, and even moreso for my husband who doesn't need subtitles!
