@StevieT2

Better to start your own thread than add to someone else's, the post you added to referenced a 360 and you've referred to a TiVo. Can you confirm? Check here If you want to make sure.

How is your box connected for sound? Is it HDMI to your TV, or do you have any optical connections to A/V kit?

Does toggling stereo/PCM have any effect? Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Audio

Are there any particular channels affected (including SD/HD)?

Have you tried toggling the Dolby setting under Settings > Audio & Video?

Hi @StevieT2.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your first post, we're happy to have you with us 🙂

I'm sorry to hear you're having some sound issues with your 360 box, I appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Have you found this happens across all channels? As helpfully advised by @japitts, have you looked into the Dolby setting on the box?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Sofia

Hi Sofia, yes the sound cuts out over all channels. I have disabled the Dolby setting it still happens occasionally but less than when Dolby was active.
