In the same way that everyone else in the country who won't pay even more money for Sky Sports HD has a **bleep** picture, we're all being ripped off. The picture quality is now that bad you can't read shirt numbers or tell who the players are unless it's close up. Personally I'm going to ring Virgin, and if they don't upgrade my to HD for free, I'll be cancelling my £111 a month payment to them. Everyone has 4k TVs these days and they are showing such poor quality it's pathetic.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're unhappy with the charges for changing your Sky Sports package. 

We're not able to help with package changes via the Community but you can speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111. They will happily review things with you to see what options you have.
