I am having the same problem, but I am missing quite a few channels eg., channel 5hd , comedy central HD.

Sky sports main event HD, BT sports 1 & ultimate.. nick Jr etc..

Received an email to say problem had been rectified... guess what, no it hasn't

Are you reporting picture breakup? Or missing channels?

Picture breakup & pixellation is usually a signal fault, but missing channels could be something else - all depends on what error codes/messages you get.

I know you added to someone else's thread, but these queries are why it's usually best to start your own.

They began with pixelated / frozen picture, then after the "Repair" those channels have no picture/ sound at all

Pixellation is usually a signal fault - one reboot to eliminate a software glitch, then go down the faults route.

Check on 0800 5610061 for any known issues, then either call into report the fault or wait here for staff to pickup

Can you please visit one of the effected channels and let us know if you have an error message showing on the screen and if so, what does it say?
