Hi

I've only just found this post and I too have the same problem with recordings freezing for 2 secs since upgrading TV6 to 360 2 weeks ago.

Have tried Factory Reset but made no difference and that didn't force an upgrade to 4.32 either, so still on 4.31.

When I clicked on the link and logged into the forum all it showed was the following:-

Clicking on David_Bn did nothing and as you can see, it said nothing about Forum Team.

Now I'm in the forum I can see that you are a member of the Team and will send you the information required.

An Update:-

Thanks to David_Bn, who last week booked an Engineer to look at this and he arrived the following morning! Thanks David.

He was very helpful and thorough and did find a problem. After the signal came into the house on the main cable it was very poor. He changed the white box on the wall and whatever is in it and also the splitter that splits signal to broadband router and TV 360 box.

Over the past week there has been a 90% improvement, but occasionally some recordings still do it. It's not enough to justify calling an engineer out again, so I'm happy.
