Pre planned recordings are not recording. I also can’t set up new recordings or delete existing recordings. I have the 369 box

Do you just have the one main 360 box or do you also have any mini boxes. You probably already know that the main 360 box has to be set to fast start or active and not switched off at the plug for any planned recordings to record, also if you have any mini boxes they can't set or view recordings if the main box isn't set to fast start or active start.

Do you get any error messages with any of the problems, you can also check how full the hard drive is if you go Press Home > Recordings > Recorded > View All you will see a % number of how full the drive is. Can you still pause live TV this will test the hard drive as it's the same as doing a recording.

Problems deleting recordings might be caused by a bad network connection, you can also try using the TVGO app to delete recordings this sometimes works when the box is still showing recordings you have tried deleting.
