TV 360 is not the TiVo system of the previous boxes.
There isn’t and I wouldn’t think there will be recording of radio.
The advice given many many times in here is to review the product before migrating. Of course, this option is not available to new customers.

I think @BenMcr , one of the other VIPs who does happen to be VM staff, has suggested the same in the past
In other words, recording of radio is now considered a legacy feature that TV360 will not necessarily support.
As Ernie says, TV360 is fundamentally not TiVo and conversions are voluntary at this time.

The UK is the only cable system in Europe that now carries radio in broadcast form. In other countries all radio is app driven via internet streams such as the Radioline & BBC Sounds apps that we already have on our boxes. It was therefore not a "requirement" for Liberty Global (VMs parent company) to develop the facility on their boxes. VM have effectively created a background app (similar to the apps that drive red button TV services) to enable the radio stations to be grabbed from the broadcast streams.
To facilitate recording of radio would require a major overhaul of the Horizon firmware in just one country, when a radio app is already installed on the box as it is in the rest of Europe. So what we are likely to see is the radio broadcast streams retired completely when the plug on TiVO is finally pulled. This would free much needed RF spectrum for other uses.
Some features of the TiVO firmware are subject to licence. So it would be impossible to "duplicate" all the functions of the TiVO firmware on Horizon without inviting court action from TiVOs owners.
