Yes. Started Wednesday or Thursday and router keeps dropping. I am in Hertfordshire but a colleague in Slough has same issue. Had router replaced yesterday but same issue. VM seem to know nothing about it. Someone on here must be able to raise this as a major issue please.

Have done and engineer turned up replaced router and no different. Seems to be an issue in SG postcodes for sure but also Slough. Social Media is a way of sharing issues and people may have reported but VM seem oblivious to it. Why ?

Are you able to escalate the pixelating and network issues that loss of people seem to be having, Mainly off Luton hubs from what I can gather. SG Postcodes. Faults know nothing. Many thanks. Started Wednesday 27th September.

Hey @davef28,

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

I can see you have spoke to our team with regards to this issue since making this post, I hope they were able to help you with your issue further?

Waiting for an engineer to turn up. Internet went down this morning. I am concerned it was across Herts and VM did not seem to be aware !

FYI Broadband went down again at 12:15 and TV was being interrupted. I assume the engineer will have this knowledge

And family around the corner are having same issue. Please escalate

Exactly the same for me, also SG postcode. At least one of the forum mods has replied to you. I haven't been so lucky.

Just spoke to Virgin on 150 and was told they were aware that 25% of users in SG area have the pixelation and network issue. I asked why the service status didn't mention this and was told because the issue wasn't big enough which sounds a bit odd to me. Isn't that the whole point of the service status page, giving notice of local issues?

It will be interesting to hear what your engineer says.
