Hi, I know this is an old post but did you get it sorted. Mine has just done the same and Virgins online checks are next to useless!

Have you tried to change the cable at all, or see if its damaged / cracked?
Could you also try another HDMI cable see if that is damaged or try it in a different port? Cheers
