Okay... So had volt package with Netflix for about 4 months now. Since day one Netflix has performed poorly on every virgin box we have. You select the app and it has always done this annoying thing where it skips past the show you've selected and jumps around. Now it's started doing this annoying thing where you can't move the selection at all. To remedy it you press the guide button then reopen Netflix and it works.
Other than that it's sluggish slow and just a bit rubbish.its the same on all three boxes we have. Our speeds are excellent. Any pointers?

Which VM boxes do you have and how are they connected? Wired or wireless?
