Please can someone help The netflix app will only work if after loading for the firest time you exit out then re load is there a fix for this

Hi Clive14p,

Just to clarify things are you saying if you watch something on netflix you can't watch anything else unless you exit netflix and then restart the app.

No, its when I first start netflix I just get the Netflix logo nothing happens I then come out of the app then go back into it and works fine did not know if there was a fix to this problem  

It shouldn't do that, you could try a factory reset of the 360 and see if that works.

It's only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset.

You are given 2 options,

Keep Recordings
Format Disk

Choosing Keep Recordings, means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, but you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITVX again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

Hi Clive14p 

Please try the following:-

Go to Home > Settings > Audio & Video >  Match Frame Rate > set  'match frame rate'  to Off if it's set to On

Thank you for you reply and input done what you sugested a seems to have worked 👍

Hi I did what you sugested and it worked for a couple of days, but started to revert back to how itt was, If i could explain I turn nextflix on log comes up makes the sound as if going to go to the home screen then nothing happens I am now getting an error code CS2400 says app not accessible. then press back and try again then loads ok. I have done the frame rate and factory reset. just and extra, I have the main box that seems to work ok, this is happening on the mini box it is enthernet cabled up, I can live with it but just a pain. any further sujestions would be welcome, cant see it is the box as everything else works fine

@Clive14p Could you let us know if this is the only app you are having issues with? I have checked our systems for any outages and there is nothing listed for this please let us know.
