360 is attrocious. I cancelled my sub to VM because of issues and lack of support eg. hours on the phone.
Flawed/buggy and not ready for roll out. I think it must have been a business deal to save VM money on the V6 platform. Definitely short sighted as they are continuing to lose TV subscriptions - last articles show an increase in new BB only subs and sustained loss of others.
