I have a similar issue. We weer on V6 multi room with 3 boxes - After upgrading to 360, We are no only able to view programmes actaully recorded on that box (even though the recordings for al boxes are showing)
Ive done a reset on all boxes, but still doing it. very frustrating and VM dont seemt to be able to resolve. The engineer who came out said he had no idea as he had not had any training on 360. Pointless appointment sending engineers who cant engineer!
