Re: CS1012 Error message on New V6 box terrible customer service

I'm having this issue on our new 360 box and 360 mini box. Has the activation of new equipment issue been resolved? I've tried 4 times since yesterday to get someone to sort it yet the customer service team don't know what this error code is. It's also an error code that Virgin haven't put up on their website under the error code section. It's really annoying after only 24 hours of joining too to have all these issues
