Sorry to hear of the purchase issues experienced, thanks for raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

These can be applied for a number of reasons, we would ask you to make sure the account is up to date and no overdue balances or missed payments. You can do this here or via your online account. If there is any overdue balances you would need to speak to the team on 150 or 0345 454 1111 as we aren't able to take payments via the forums.
