Hi

could someone from virgin contact me please as having various problems with v6 boxes updated to 360 .

Hey Gary, if you need help with your service urgenty you need to call in.

If you explain the issues in detail on here there are plenty of people who might be able to steer you in the right direction

Hi

Called earlier and have now raised a tier 2 call back ? So need to wait upto 3 days for a call .

I’m not sure anyone on here can help with a software issue , both boxes freezing , buffering and skipping back and the epg often freezes

That absolutely shouldn't be happening.  Have they been converted from V6 boxes or are they new?

Are both boxes connected to your Hub via WiFi?

Thanks for getting back to me one is Wi-Fi and the other in the living room is connected via Ethernet and both converted v6 boxes , just now changed channel and screen went blank and no response,  rebooted and working again for a few hike , very frustrating really needs sorting out ASAP as paying a small fortune for something that doesn’t work , really need v6 software back
