Virgin Media catchup is out of sync with the ITV Hub when trying to view an episode of Coronation Street. They (Virgin Media) kept me farting about trying to take me through ALL there costomer service fixes (several times) And then I found it was a digital customer service when they told me via WhatApp it was a real person! I am now looking around for another provider or will just go back to a digital aerial

Can you explain?
"ITV Hub" can mean one of two things currently..
1: ITV programmes available via OnDemand but plastered with "ITV Hub" branding
2: The ITV-branded & ITV-hosted streaming app which VM provide access to.
