Broken or loose HDMI cable connections can cause audio sync issues. Try playing content from another streaming service such as Netflix to see if the audio sync issue exists. If you suspect the HDMI cable to be faulty, replace the cable even if other streaming apps play the content without any issues
Hi @oxfordmark thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your sound issues on your TV at the moment.
As you've mentioned the main TV service is fine through the TV360, does this affect all Apps such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer or is it literally just Prime where the sound is out of sync?
Have you tried a different HDMI cable just in case this resolves the problem?
Hello, just ran into the problem where prime audio doesn't sync.
I have fixed this by changing the setting on the virgin box by going into Setting - Audio & Video - Audio Output and Change Follow Content to PCM 5.1(HDMI ONLY).
