Prime lip sync

Watching This is Us and this a rather distinct lip sync issue.

Anyone else getting this?

Broken or loose HDMI cable connections can cause audio sync issues. Try playing content from another streaming service such as Netflix to see if the audio sync issue exists. If you suspect the HDMI cable to be faulty, replace the cable even if other streaming apps play the content without any issues

Main TV via the 360 is fine.

Hi @oxfordmark thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your sound issues on your TV at the moment.

As you've mentioned the main TV service is fine through the TV360, does this affect all Apps such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer or is it literally just Prime where the sound is out of sync?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable just in case this resolves the problem?

Only Prime video, Netflix etc is fine.

Not tried a different HDMI.

Thanks for coming back to us @oxfordmark, are you having issues with Prime on any other devices?

Does this happen for just that one show or does it happen on multiple?

Hello, just ran into the problem where prime audio doesn't sync.

I have fixed this by changing the setting on the virgin box by going into Setting - Audio & Video - Audio Output and Change  Follow Content to PCM 5.1(HDMI ONLY).
