Premier Sports error

I was trying to upgrade to Premier Sports through the app on 360 but keep getting the error code TU7/10346.

Is there a way to resolve this, thanks.

Hi have you tried phoning as a lot of upgrades require it as in some cases a new contract may part of a deal, also some call handlers may offer a reduced price for a limited period. Regards Micky

As @LittleMick73 suggested you are probably better calling up as youmay be able to renegotiate your package at the same time and obtain a discount.

I checked the error on old forums posts and it's possible that you are on one of the older legacy packages which are no longer sold, this would mean that VM would have to perfom a manual upgrade, hence calling in.
