My son tripped over the 360 power cable and completely snapped the wire, can i get a new power adaptor please?
I tried calling but got sent a text message link and an engineer was so say scheduled for today but not yet showed with 15 minutes of my timeslot remaining 8am - 12pm. Have the text message confirming the appt but doesn't look like he's going to show nor can i see any appoitment when logging into my account on web
