Switched from V6 to TV 360 on 5 March. Should have had Sky Sports HD but due to error, was in SD (now resolved). But SD picture quality was very poor - like watching in the 1960's, so checked other non-HD channels, and the same. HD okay but not convinced it is as sharp as it was with V6.  Virgin engineer came yesterday and said problem is large-screen (65'') and non-HD channels are old programmes. Not so, Sky Sports was the same and that's live! Always had excellent picture quality on all channels with V6, and engineer unable to resolve.  TV is Samsung  QE65Q90TA - 65" Q90 4K HDR 2000 QLED UHD Smart TV bought April 2021. 

Any ideas?
