Not sure if our tv box is a V6 or 360 but we’re unable to watch any programmes On Demand. Playback Not Possible error code CS2318 appears which isn’t listed on the Help page. We’ve switched everything on and off, made sure all connections are secure but still blocked. Any advice appreciated.

Hi @LucyKR
I've moved your post to the 360 as the majority of 360 box error codes begin with CS.
I've found the error page https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/cs2318-contactus
I would think it's possibly that your box input levels are not as good as they should be.
You've followed the correct procedures by checking all connections and rebooting the 360 and the hub.
It's probably not related but have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Hey @LucyKR,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your 360 box, I have looked into this and can see that there is an issue with the signal level to your box and the system gas flagged up that we need to arrange a technician visit.
I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment.
Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
Regards,

I think I solved the play back error for movies and Boxsets simply go to setting on your virgin media box and do a box reset and this sjould solve your problem
