Planned recordings missing

I also have items missing from the Planned recordings list including some from less than a week ahead. They do show up in the guide with red circles but may or may not - apparently at random -  appear in the list. Another fascinating 'feature': Not only is the planned recording list limited to a couple of weeks but only one week of the two weeks is actually visible in the list! (You can choose which by switching between ascending or descending date order). Flakey stuff not worthy of an organisation the size of Virgin. Message to Virgin:  Please upgrade this so-called upgrade into an actual one ASAP.

TiVo & V6 is exactly the same, and the reason is the same. VM's EPG runs upto 14days ahead.

Fundamentally TV360 is not TiVo, the software is different. That should be well known to anyone voluntarily choosing to convert.

This might be because they have been grouped under one recording so it shows like a series, an example is if I set up all the F1 programmes individually and look at my planned recordings it will just have one F1 listing with the time of the first recording, I need to click on that to see the other planned recordings.

Thanks for the swift reply. Yes, that works, I can expand the list as you say. That helps a bit but it kind of defeats the object of a planned recording list. It ought to show you what's set to record on any particular day. I hope that the software people can work to get back some of the superior functionality of the Tivo.

It reduces the length of the list, that might be one way of looking at it.
