Pixelation BD10

Hi. Since late yesterday evening I’ve been getting pixelation on multiple channels. It is happening on main box and 2nd box. They have separate cables so I don’t think it is the cables or boxes. Status checker shows no issues. Is anyone else experiencing the issue or does anyone have any advice? Thanks

If nothing is showing using the online checker then you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

If there's noknown fault using that phone number then you should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and help.
