Pixelated recordings

Hi community peeps. 

Having an issue with pixelated recordings on the recently updated V6 box. 

I was hoping the issue would be resolved after I completed the upgrade to 360. Unfortunately not.

After looking through the forum it seems I have a failing HHD in the V6 box. Live TV is fine and the pixelation just occurs on recordings. 

It's this a replacement box job?

Sounds like you might need a new box, if you pause some live TV or try rewinding some live TV and have pixelation problem's on the replays then it points in that direction if the original was OK.

You will need to call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111from any other phone to report a fault or you can wait for a forum team member to respond which may be 2 to 3 days.

Yeah, pausing live TV and then resuming shows the pixelation after a while. I'll wait and see if anyone jumps in. Thanks for replying so quickly
