TV is pixalating. Engineer has been out and changed all connections but still pixalating.

So you potentially have multiple faults causing this issue - was the problem resolved when the tech left your home?

Hey bug582003,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV picture. I have looked into this and cannot see any issues on our system that would be causing the problems, how are things looking at the moment?

Is this on any particular channel thats having issues or is it across all of your channels?
