Picture quality

My sky sports premier league channel is worse than 1080p absolutely shocking. I’m paying £70 a month for big bundle but this sky sports channel is shockingly bad picture quality nearly unbearable to watch been making due for a while now but can’t take it anymore! Can anyone help how I can get this channel hd

The Big Bundle doesn't natively include Sky Sports in HD, so you're likely watching those channels in SD.

Check your bills & contract to make sure, but you should have an itemised entry for "Sky Sports HD pack", if that's not showing then you'll need to call VM to add Sky Sports HD to your bundle - it costs an additional £7/month.
