I have the MAXIT TV package.
Over the last few days I find that I have 35 channels that the picture and sound breaks up.
I have around 110 channels that are OK.
Doesn’t appear to be any pattern.
BT SPORT 1 breaks up. BT SPORT 2 is OK but 3 breaks up even showing the same program.
Any ideas? I have reset to factory settings and checked connections.

Hi Mitch42,
The reason there doesn't appear to be a pattern is because the channel's are on different mux's, as you say BT sport 1 is pixelating then if Sky Sci-Fi, Comedy Central, TCM and BBC News are also affected they are all on the same mux so you need to call Virgin and get an engineer to adjust your signal levels.
You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

Just checked this morning and everything seems fine.
Also, “Diagnostics” yesterday revealed a weak signal and connection errors. Today good signal and no errors.
So all good now. 😊
