Passcode to view recordings?

We just got virgin install and to view recordings is asking for password / code but we don’t have one. It’s a 4 digit code. Any ideas where we get this?

Hi @Paulharvey 

The default pincode is 1234 for VM set top boxes.

The default pincode if using the TVGo or TV Control app is 0000
