Parental controls on TV

How do I turn off parental controls on a TV360. There are no children in my house so  we do not need a pin to control access.

If is an OFCOM rule that there are parental controls before 9pm - VM (and Sky) have no choice.

How to turn off parental control on Virgin Media TV

Press Home on the remote

Select Help & Settings

Select Parental Controls

Enter your PIN (default 1234)

Select Request a PIN

Tick Do not request a PIN

Thanks for replying. That worked on a TiVo 6 but is not an option on the TV360.

Hi @Maburnell 

On the 360 click on Settings > Parental Controls > Watershed recording pin  and turn it on or off after entering your pin number.

Also under Parental Controls are options to lock channels and individual apps.

As per @ozsat  - there are some watershed parental controls that cannot be turned off due to Ofcom- this affects VM, BT and Sky and is mainly on Sky channels
