Hi on media paramount plus is not out yet the question is if I signed up through the app shop when it comes out on virgin media can I still add paramount plus even if I signed up through an app shop like on the phone or tablet ?

Hi @Shaunace 

If you signed up directly via the app then when it does become available on VM you should be able to sign into the app via the email address and password that you registered with and continue to pay them directly.

I can't say for certain, but you may be in a little surprise tomorrow 11th April regarding the availability of the app on the VM 360 box.

You can certainly do that with other apps, such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, so there’s no reason to believe otherwise when the Paramount app turns up on Virgin Media boxes.
