Paid for Boxing PPV but cant see how I get the free month of DAZN

Hi,

I bought a Boxing PPV and it said I get a free month of DAZN. I scanned the QR code shown during the PPV and it didn't work. Does anyone know how I get my free month of DAZN?

If you've scanned the QR code, you should receive an email a few days later to confirm your Virgin Media details. 

Can you confirm if you've had DAZN before?

No never have had DAZN before. I scanned the QR code and was asked to sign up, which I did. I never received an email to my knowledge.

How long ago did you pay for the PPV and when did you scan the QR code please?

Hi Carley, the PPV was just for one night and I scanned the QR code during the PPV as that's what it said to do. It took me to DAZN and I logged in. Nothing happened and no sign of a free trial.

Thanks for the update on this. Has any payment been taken for DAZN and what was the date you first saw the offer and how long from that date did you sign up to the offer that was not there?
