I ordered my Virgin TV 360 box and mini box from the VM website and booked an engineer slot but no engineer turned up! I called customer services (over 3hours and 5 separate transfers!) but they say they cannot find my order! I pulling my hair out 😞
I have an email confirmation order number and booked slot but I have had no communication from VM. The slot has now been missed, can someone from VM please help?
I even have the ultimate Oomph package & 1Gig broadband!!!
