Ordered Virgin 360 boxes - no engineer & missing order!

Hello,

I ordered my Virgin TV 360 box and mini box from the VM website and booked an engineer slot but no engineer turned up!  I called customer services (over 3hours and 5 separate transfers!) but they say they cannot find my order!  I pulling my hair out 😞 

I have an email confirmation order number and booked slot but I have had no communication from VM.  The slot has now been missed, can someone from VM please help?

I even have the ultimate Oomph package & 1Gig broadband!!!

VM please help!!

You could be waiting up to 10 days for someone official to reply here. 

You’d be best calling at 8am when lines are quieter or choose the option for leaving - these calls tend to be answered quicker and the advisers have more authority.
