I’m waiting for my new 360 to arrive having just added TV to my package can I use Virgin Go before it arrives think I might need activation code for TV services first

Welcome and thank you for posting! 

You will need to allow the TV service to go active on your account before you will be able to use the TV Go service.

In the meantime, we recommend getting registered for your online account here
