Official Complaint wrong dept all the time

Hi

every time i ring VM i get to the collections team 

I told them that i will be paying over 2 weeks 

but they wont listen

I want to get to technician team/ customer service straight away.  because there is an issue with my box

Cutting out and pixelating every few days

Therefore i would like to make a formal complaint to the Managing Director of CS
