Not enough cable for tv box

I upgraded recently from just broadband to a tv package & was sent a box in the post.

But I can’t connect it as was only supplied with about 1m of cabling - and probably need about 5m

asked at Curry’s but they don’t supply these & it seems impossible to speak to anyone at Virgin

Any ideas

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Hi LEW72, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that there is a cable issue. 

We should be able to send a cable of 3M anything more can be an engineer but will send you a PM so that this can be looked into further for you.

Thanks - I phoned the helpline number given above & have 10m of cabling coming by post - if I have any difficulties I will get back in touch
