We have two V6 boxes in the house. My contract is up this month and retentions offered me a deal on the ultimate oomph (now volt? bundle) just today.
I had actually thought we'd been upgraded to 360 by an engineer last year who gave us a new remote. But the contract didn't mention anything about it so I've just checked and there's no microphone button on the new remote so I don't think we are on 360 (I don't personally watch a lot of TV so won't have noticed). Is there another way to check if your V6 has/hasn't been upgraded to the 360 software?
Reason I'm asking is I'd quite like for family to be able to use the Disney plus app and I think that's only available on 360.
Given I only agreed to contract today, I suppose there's no harm in ringing retentions back and asking them to throw the upgrade to 360 in?

Hi @cshev22
If your remote is still working and it doesn't have the microphone then you certainly don't have a 360.
When agreeing to a new contract you have a 14 day cooling off period, so yes you could contact then again and ask if they throw in a free regrade to a 360.
There are quite a few differences between the 360 and the older Tivo/V6 boxes, some of which are mentioned in the following thread.

There have been a few changes made to the 360 since that thread was posted so also have a look at the https://www.virginmedia.com/help/tv/virgin-tv-360 page.
The Disney+ app is also avaiolable on the Stream box, however tyat box is limited to one per household and not available to customers that already take a TV package.
