Got upgrade just over 1 month ago and never received my power cable for my 360 mini box phoned up for new 1 said it would be 3 to 5 working days thanks almost 2 weeks now

I have just been in contact with the Service and install managers for your area.
We will be dropping off a power cable and adapter for you at some point today.
If not today it will be tomorrow. I have asked for them to be popped in the letter box if you are out.
