No power cable received for TV 360 mini box

Got upgrade just over 1 month ago and never received my power cable for my 360 mini box phoned up for new 1 said it would be 3 to 5 working days thanks almost 2 weeks now

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the missing mini box.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

Thanks for those details Graemec84.

I have just been in contact with the Service and install managers for your area.

We will be dropping off a power cable and adapter for you at some point today. 

If not today it will be tomorrow. I have asked for them to be popped in the letter box if you are out.

Can you let me know once you have received them please.
