No picture

3days now had no tv, wifi slow aswell. Got what is on and channel number but no picture on any station. 

Checked all cables fine, rebooted fine but still no picture. Says my signal snd speed fine on test.

Ive been on watsapp call for 2 days, tried call, waited 30mins couldnt do no more.

Code says CS9993

The TV channels aren't carried over the internet.

Error code /cs9993 is an internet connection issue on the 360 boxes. It should only be affecting Apps, On Demand and Catch Up services. 

Generally rebooting the 360 resolves the issue, unless it's a local fault as indicated in the online screen message.

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
