I recently received my new 360 box however a few days later there was an issue with virgin in my area that needed to be fixed. I have now had no tv for 4 days even though they say the problem is fixed. I can see the menu and watch recordings but when trying to watch live tv the screen is black. I have tried to contact virgin but have got absolutely no where with them. Can anyone please help?

I have located your account from here and can see that you have bene in touch since your post and we were able to reactivate your new box for you; I do hope that all is now working since your call and post?
