No new channels after upgrade

Since my upgrade to 360 box, I haven’t got any sky sports or movie channels on my main box. The extra box in bedroom works fine so this is definitely a Virgin media issue. Have spoken to them and they have reset the box and asked me to do the same, didn’t work. Asked me to wait 48 hours for it to be installed and still doesn’t work. Have seen multiple issues on here that people have had with this and wondered if there is an actual fix for it? How long will this issue be there? Just says error code 100:70

Haven’t helped at all. Radio silence since last Friday and the only place we got was you asking me questions that the answers are in my original post.
