No confirmation email

I have requested an offered free upgrade from TiVo to 360. The website said request was received and a confirmation email would be sent. But that was 3 days ago and I still have had no confirmation email. So I don’t know if the request was successful.

Can I just confirm that you processed this upgrade online via your Online Account? Or was it done via webchat with a sales agent?

Do you have any requests in your Online Account's "Orders" section?

I followed a link in an email sent to me. I have the online account app where do I find the orders section?

I found the “orders” but it says I have no orders or  appointments

It seems the order might not have gone through via our Online Systems, sorry about that!
