No TV for the rest of the weekend

I had the tv360 mini box removed from my account as I don't use it. Looks like the master box was removed from the account by mistake. phoning support they say they can't automatically recover this and will need to escalate to an engineer. Apparently I should have my TV back within 5 days. Traffic, thanks virgin ๐Ÿ˜•

Has an engineer appointment been raised in relation to this? If so, have you been given a date and time?

Hi,

Yes engineer has visited deleted all the old boxes of my account. Installed a brand new box and all is working again now
